• The Light Version requires placing a link to the homepage of HTML Shrinker if you used it for shrinking a web site. The Pro Version doesn't require a link.
• The Pro Version has a up to 50% higher shrinking rate than the Light Version, because it removes more unnecessary stuff.
• When shrinking many pages the Pro Version can work up to twice as fast as the Light Version.
• No shrinking of asp files, xml files, wml/wap files, wml/wap scripts and perl scripts
• No 'Shrink All' command for shrinking all files in the current folder and its sub folders
• It isn't possible to backup or shrink to a user-defined folder
• No 'Shrink Clipboard' command for shrinking the text on the clipboard
• No 'Simulate Shrinking' command for simulating the shrinking of files
• No command line options for running HTML Shrinker from a script or the DOS box
• Performing several shrinking passes per file isn't possible
• You can't use HTML Shrinker directly from the context menu of the Explorer
• No 'Sites' menu for defining the root folders of your web sites and quickly jumping to them
